Valid identification required for all procedures, Tattooing of minors in the state of Washington is currently prohibited by law. Piercing of minors 16 years of age or older is acceptable with valid identification and parent or legal guardian present with proper identification.
Be prepared to sign a consent/release of liability form before any procedure.
